So this was an episode I so should've done ages at least a couple weeks ago. Nonetheless as I say," Better late than never." So for this week I review 12 Years a Slave and Read or Die (OVA). Does 12 Years hold it up to its Best Picture status? You'll have to listen to find out. As for Read or Die that requires a little research on your end but nonethless if you happen upon it you should definitely give it a watch. Afterwards I talk about the Box Office Report and the news. I suppose I could have used one of the taglines but we just couldn't figure anything that worked. And as a special surprise is that Chris has come back for another episode to talk about one of his favorite movies. So as such Chris takes charge with the review for 300, and I follow up with the review for 300: Rise of an Empire. And as a callback from episodes past Chris did the Box Office Report. The news is surprisingly bad this week but on the plus side Chris and I talk about the Fantastic Four reboot casting. And for closing comments Chris talks about Titanfall and I talk about Beyond the Boundary. Enjoy the show! |
