Who would've guessed that I would make the same mistake two episodes in a row? Like last week I forgot to score a trailer when I was reviewing it. Or at least I think I forgot to score it. Anyways if I did score it I'm pretty sure they'll match up but Transcendence gets a 4 out of 5. So moving backwards a little bit I review both Anchorman films along with the anime hit Akira! Opening and Closing Song- Afternoon Delight

Since I forgot to mention what I was going to score 22 Jump Street's trailer, it was a 3 out of 5. So about half the episode is me talking about The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug. And don't worry there's a name drop at least once in the movie. Afterwards I play catch up in the Box Office Report. And intermixed with the news is the Trailer Spot. I run it a little differently this time, there were just so many trailers that were released so I just reviewed them as they came across the news. Hello everybody and welcome back for yet another episode! After a long while I managed to get my butt in gear and review two movies. I start things off by reviewing Frozen, yet another great addition to the Disney animation family. Following that is another animated movie that went straight to video it's called Batman: The Dark Knight Returns Part II. I reviewed the first part probably a year or so ago so I will reference you to Episode 188 if you want to hear what I thought of it. Afterwards I do the Box Office Report and the Trailer Spot this week is The Amazing Spider-Man, anyone interested needs to see this trailer. And lastly is ithe news! Enjoy the show!

This episode was a bit behind and done in the old style that we first instilled. Why? Well because I hadn't actually watched Catching Fire when I started recording so I did everything I could first then review Catching Fire. As such the news came first and then since I was a week or so behind I did two weeks worth of the Box Office Report. And bringing up the rear was my review of Catching Fire. Enjoy the show!

So if you could choose any world to go to in the Thor universe which would it be? I mean either Earth or Asgard would top the list sure but we haven't seen all of the other realms that Odin watches over with an iron fist. Just a random thought to pad the description out a little. So for this episode I review Thor: The Dark World, talk about the weekend estimates in the Box Office Report, and I switched a couple things around so the news follows and lastly is the Trailer Spot this week with The Lego Movie Trailer #2. I want to be precise so if anyone watches it they know which one to watch. And if you are wondering why I switched it up it was mostly by accident because when I started recording I didn't plan on watching a trailer. Well anyways enjoy the show!

Sorry for being kind of lazy for updating the info but I was exhausted when I uploaded this and thankfully I have the ability to go back and alter the description of this episode. Otherwise I guess I would just be screwed. So while some might think I just going at this one half-cocked because I decided to review a movie that is 7 years old. Why? Because of one song and also the Boston Red Sox were playing in the world series, and this movie was on TV at the same time. It was just fate that I should review The Departed for you all. And if the title doesn't imply how I felt, you definitely need to see this one. So after I review said movie I talk a little about the Box Office. Following that is the Trailer Spot with Captain America: The Winter Soldier. And lastly as always is the news. After a short break, that included watching the Vikings suck it up real bad last weekend, I am back for another round! So this episode is sort of long which shouldn't come as a shock to those that have been listening for a while. But yeah I got Escape Plan under my belt so I brought that to review for this week. Since I'm a little behind I also talk about the past couple Box Office Reports. Initially I wanted to call the episode, "Damn Gravity" but I felt like that was doing the movie a disservice as well as any viewers might misinterpret how I felt about the movie as a whole. Long story short I liked Gravity and by the way it is the only movie I reviewed since Runner, Runner was getting just atrocious reviews. For the rest of the show I talk about the Box Office Report and the news. I do talk a little random video game stuffs for the Closing Comments if you want to stay that long. Enjoy the show!

Opening and Closing Song- Angels are Hard to Find by Hank Williams Jr.

When I bought The Future Diary I was a little hesitant just based on the knowledge I knew about that show. But since Deadman Wonderland was pretty freakin sweet I figured maybe another show that is a bit gory would be just as good. And man was I right, this is the series to buy this year. (Unless Evangelion 3.33 comes out by the end of the year.) And as I said in the show don't be scared off by this shows opening it's actually really good and different from most anime. Granted there are moments where it does fall into cliche but you can usually fault any show for using tried and true formulas every now and again. As for the other anime I reviewed this week I also brough along Eureka Seven Ao which I'm certain I never fully reviewed, it's not as good as the original but it's still a good show. And lastly I talk briefly about Sword Art Online and why I'm going to just stick with Toonami when it comes to viewing the show as opposed to buying it. Well enjoy the show!

That being Stardust, this is one of those lost gems that came out in the great movie year of 2007. It's a hybrid movie, has elements that everyone can enjoy. It's a review filled episode this week and I do apologize for the delay but yeah I needed to watch it first before I review it. The Chronicles of Riddick isn't the most reputable franchise out there but it's far from the worst. Also for those that are reading this I tagged quick reviews of Pitch Black and The Chronicles of Riddick before I reviewed the newest entry. Has anyone here heard of the "Three Flavors Cornetto Trilogy?" No? Well I'd be more surprised if people said yes. As such I bring to the table this round The World's End, Hot Fuzz, and Shaun of the Dead. If you'd ask me which is my favorite right now I'd say it is Hot Fuzz but I haven't had as much time to think over The World's End. But don't be deterred I have nothing but praises for The World's End. After that I do the Box Office Report for this holiday weekend. And the Trailer Spot this week is About Time, this trailer was on The World's End and the premise caught my attention so thus why I did it. And lastly there is a huge huge chunk of news to go over for this episode so sit back and enjoy the show!

Spoilers ahoy! Not so much in the description but rather this minisode. As I mention a couple times in the recording I split the recordings up that way I could be better detailed with each episode. Thus why I say there are spoilers because this is recent enough of a release I don't want any would be fans to be upset with me. So I will say this if you want to watch Sword Art Online in the near future perhaps you should wait until you are up to Episode 6 or 7. Otherwise I welcome everyone else that just wants to listen or perhaps is on the fence about this show. As such imagine you are playing a brand new RPG and suddenly you are trapped and the only way you can get out is by winning...and you only have one life otherwise it's over. Our main character is among 10,000 other people that are trapped in the world of Sword Art Online and in the first set of episodes we see how he deals with this new reality. Enjoy the show!

Now that I think about it Elysium sounds similar to Valhalla, concepts aside Elysium was meant for Gods and the privledged to be. Valhalla was a place that accomplished warriors went after they died, I guess it just comes to what was valued most during the time of these respective societies. Anyways so for this episode I review Elysium, a decent follow up to District 9. Then there is the Box Office Report and lastly the news. As for the closing comments I keep things brief but wanted to keep people in the loop about the upcoming minisode. Enjoy the show!

Opening and Closing Song- SkyWorld by Two Steps from Hell

To be frank I'm pretty proud of this title. Some titles just work well with each other or that the very least parts of a title. And in this case I review 2 Guns and Red Dawn...the 2012 version. 2 Guns is pretty decent, worth watching once. As for Red Dawn that's more of a mixed bag but I'll let you just listen to my thoughts on both of those movies. The Trailer Spot this week is The Muppets Most Wanted, it's an intentionally vague trailer but it whets the appetite. And as always there's the Box Office Report and the news. Enjoy the show!

Opening and Closing Song- Time of Your Song/Cleaning Out My Closet by Matisyahu x Eminem and Mother Earth Remixes

Sorry I got lazy last week, I really meant to get an episode out. So instead you get a fairly long episode instead of two shorter ones. And I do realize that Episode 21 had the title: Wolverine. So the coincidence is not beyond me, if I hadn't been lazy perhaps it wouldn't be as much of a coincidence. Anyways to start things off I review The Wolverine, followed by RED 2, and a quick review of I, Robot. If you don't know anything about I, Robot trust me it's a good movie. And before I start the Box Office Report I retcon my score for X-Men Origins: Wolverine especially after letting it sink it for 4 years. The news week is a little long but still kind of lackluster especially considering Comic Con happened. Most of what happened there was reviews and very little reveals. And lastly before I wander off into the sunset keep yourselfs tuned in for the Closing Comments. Enjoy the show!

This episode belongs under the efficient and quicker episodes that I've done, and I wanted people to hear what all I thought of Pacific Rim before my review becomes completely irrelevant. So yeah I start things off with said review of Pacific Rim, follow it up with the Box Office Report. The Trailer Spot this week is How to Train Your Dragon 2, its a different kind of teaser trailer but it works. And lastly there is the news. By the way next week will probably be pretty news heavy as SDCC is coming round the corner so be aware. Well that's all so I hope you enjoy the show!

After a short delay I finally got the chance to watch all the movies in order to do the show. So without any furthur delay I start things off with The Lone Ranger. It was fun enough for me to watch but some people have had problems with it so yeah just have to listen to what you gut tells you on that one. After that I go on a slight tangent talking about bloated budgets like the budget The Lone Ranger had. Going back into the reviews I following things up with Despicable Me 2 and Rise of the Guardians. As is normal I then bring up the Box Office Report. And as for the Trailer Spot I decided on the film Oldboy since the trailer just came out. And lastly there is the news. Admittedly the news will be light since San Diego Comic Con is just around the corner. Well anyways enjoy the show!

There is a quote from The Simpsons that comes to mind regarding failures and success', sadly I can't find said quote without actually trying so in a nutshell this is one of those episodes that really lacked decent material. So I guess only time will tell if people thought this episode was less than stellar or if it was par for the course. Anyways I review White House Down and quickly review the original Die Hard. After that is the Box Office Report. And lastly there is the news, which is fairly poor but this is the time of year where that kind of thing happens. Well anyways enjoy the show!

I really do think that if the world was taken over by zombies the prepared people would be overrun by the people that aren't prepared in the slightest. I'm talking about stockpiling weapons and food. I have a sword and so I could take on zombies one at a time but I have a hunch I would have to leave town and find some relatives that have the provisions needed to survive. Anyways for this episode I try to keep things at a brisk pace as I review World War Z followed by a short DVD review of Kiki's Delivery Service. As always is the Box Office Report and the news. Despite all of the things getting in the way of my editting this episode here it finally is! So to start things off I review Man of Steel, it's a pretty decent movie; far from the greatest I've seen but it was enjoyable. After that I review This is the End, which is a hilarious movie. Definitely the funniest I have seen this year. After that I talk about the Box Office Report. As for the Trailer Spot this week I took on The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug and we obviously can't forget the news. And lastly I talk about the PS4 vs. Xbox One and who I think is going to win that battle based on no information whatsoever beyond just my personal thoughts. Enjoy the show!

Sorry I gotta be quick so for this minisode I review two anime that are related that being A Certain Magical Index and A Certain Scientific Railgun. Both are good shows and definitely worth watching an episode or two just to see what you think of it. After the reviews I talk briefly about Bioshock Infinte and then I talk about my initial thoughts from Day 1 of E3. Enjoy the show!

I had a really good thing written out for this but once more the internets has proven that it can be unreliable. I wish I could replicate what was written but yeah I don't think that's going to happen. What is missing from this title is the fact that I review After Earth, I considered including it but based on the numbers I don't think most people are going to care. Or I am hopeful that people just want to hear my sarcastic review of it. Especially since I had no intention in seeing the film. But before that I review Now You See Me, the superior movie between the two, Aside from those two reviews the rest of the show consists of the Box Office Report and the news. Enjoy the show!

This title is no implication over what I did this weekend but I cannot stop people from thinking I'm some huge party animal. Obviously the title is a combination of the two movies I'm reviewing this week. So I start things off with a review Fast & Furious 6 and follow it up with The Hangover Part III. Then comes the Box Office Report. (Keep in mind that this was the 4 day grosses over Memorial Day) For the Trailer Spot this week I decided that since I hadn't covered Pacific Rim yet that now was a good time to get things underway. In this episode we are taking things into the dark...not really. For those not in the know this weeks' title comes from one of the two movies I reviewed this week. That being Star Trek Into Darkness, it's a fun movie to watch I'm still having a debate if I enjoyed it as much as the Star Trek from 2009. My DVD review this week comes in the form of The Man with the Iron Fists, it's a silly kung fu movie however despite being overtly silly it is actually a decent movie to watch. As always is the Box Office Report and for the Trailer Spot this week is The World's End. And lastly we cannot forget to news and the Closing Comments. Enjoy the show!

Sorry for the bit of delay, I had this episode recorded on Sunday but the past couple days have not allowed me to edit any of it. So for this episode I review The Great Gatsby and then I follow that up with the movie Perfect Blue. I dont really expect anyone to know about Perfect Blue, however, I watched it so I wanted to give you an idea if you ever come across it what to expect. After that was the Box Office Report and then the Trailer Spot this week is Enders Game. So far that movie looks pretty decent, still interesting that they are releasing it in November. It has finally been reached! Yes we are officially at Episode 200, if you disregard that Chris and I had split up Episode 5 into two parts. If you wanna really be technical this is somewhere around like the 240th piece of entertainment that we have released altogether but I don't include the minisodes and convention reports as part of the official line of episodes. Anyways so I start things off with my review of Iron Man 3 as well as retcon my review of Iron Man 2 and give it a new score. Afterwards I do something a little different for the show to put some things into perspective as to what this milestone episode means. Following that is the Box Office Report and the news! This would've actually made for a decent title when Inception came out, but alas I don't have the ability to go back in time yet so this will just hafta work for now. I was admittedly lazy so I only bring one review to the fold this week as I review an older movie called Swordfish. It stars John Travolta, Hugh Jackman, and Halle Berry, it's a mildly entertaining movie but it's far from being my favorite. After that I updated things with the Box Office Report and as always the news. My closing comment this week is talking about a little show called Star Driver. Enjoy the show!

Like so many times before, I had something typed out and now it is once more gone because the internets broke and I can't edit posts like was able to before. Something with the new layout or Windows 8 is making it impossible to do. Anyways so for this week I leave the reviews with one movie as I review Oblivion. Overall I did enjoy this film despite its couple of faults. After that I do the Box Office Report and lastly there is some news peppered in there. The name I wanted to give this was "Come Hell or High Water." Because the roads up to this convention from South Dakota were beyond nasty. Fortunetely however I didn't die, and was able to enjoy myself this weekend at the convention. So as is usual I just give the lowdown of what I did, if there were any ups or downs and just give my overall impression of the time I had. Hopefully you all enjoy the show!

Closing Song- Overture of the Summer Wars from the movie "Summer Wars"

Thank goodness I got this recorded before my voice went to pot. At this point in the game my voice goes between two stages: smoking twelve packs a day or going through puberty. I swear I haven't heard my voice crack this often since middle school. Anyways since this episode was thankfully done before the cold made a comeback my voice sounds as normal as it ever does. So for this episode I start things off with the movie 42. Following things up is the Scary Movies franchise. I reviewed 1 thru 4 but I have yet to see the fifth installment. I then talk a little bit about the Box Office as well as the Trailer Spot which features the movie Elysium starring Matt Damon and Jodie Foster. And finally I round things out with the news. Opening and Closing Song- Pennsylvania 6-5000 by Glenn Miller and His Orchestra

As I explained in the beginning of the show the reason I put the version 2 part at the end is because I did record this minisode earlier in the week. However I didn't have the microphone that I was using as my input so you can only hear me from a distance in the first version. So alas here I am again trying to repeat what I had talked about so what you can expect from me this round are three things: Welcome to the NHK, Mass Effect 3 Citadel DLC, and Bioshock Infinite. Of course the majority is spent on Welcome to the NHK but the other parts I wanted to bring up since this is my outlet for everything that isn't movies. Well hopefully you enjoy the show!

Finally I'm caught up, as I mentioned in the show I'm aiming to make Iron Man 3 the 200th Episode, we shall see how things pan out but yeah that's the intent at the moment. I don't think I just bum rushed the show either to make sure I was caught up but I guess it's up to the audience if I did or not. So for this weeks show I review G.I. Joe: Retaliation and I meant to review Jurassic Park after that but I forgot until halfway through the Box Office Report. So yeah the Jurassic Park review comes after that. The Trailer Spot this week is Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters. I was honestly surprised how hard it was to find that trailer online. And lastly there is also the news. Enjoy the show!

So there was a week back in 2009 that I had attempted three pieces of audio for the audience to listen to while I was on vacation. And somehow in 7 days I managed to edit and upload them. While I'm not making any promises I will be trying to do that again this week. So consider this last weeks episode despite the fact I recorded it today. So anyways for reviews I start things off with Olympus Has Fallen followed up by The Croods. This was a surprisingly good week for movies. After that is the Box Office Report, and without meaning to I switched things up by doing the news afterwards. And following that is the Trailer Spot with The Wolverine. I don't really recall the last time I talked about magic but there does seem to be some affinity for it even in this age. Whether it's the magic from Harry Potter or something a little more literal like The Prestige we seem to like believing something that tricks us for just that split second. Sadly Burt Wonderstone isn't that deep but it wasn't meant to be since it's a comedy. So anyways for this week I review The Incredible Burt Wonderstone. After that is the Box Office Report. The Trailer Spot this week is Kick-Ass 2, no one should really be surprised by that one. And lastly there is the news. So sit back and enjoy the show!

All good things come to those who wait. It's a good saying and thankfully after a couple weeks away I'm back and ready for more. So for this episode I start things off with a review of Jack the Giant Slayer followed by a quick review of Here Comes the Boom. Does that title not sound like a sequel or is that just me? I remember a time when the titles worked well together, it's been a little while since that has happened and this week is one of those times. So for reviews this week I bring A Good Day to Die Hard, a decent if flawed entry that should entertain as long as your expectations aren't set too high. And also Everything or Nothing, which is a documentary on James Bond, the movie encompasses the creation of the character as well as the people that tried to get it to the screen as well as the actors that have portrayed James Bond thus far. After that I talk that Box Office and as I said in the show it's the 4 day grosses so keep that in mind. For the Trailer Spot this week I decided to cover Fast and Furious 6. FYI my song choice is pulled from the movie itself when Melissa McCarthy does a little bit around said song. Anyways so since alot of us are snowed in I figured I would get this show on the road once more and I came to review Identity Thief. I've always wondered how if someone got my social security number they could accomplish anything. Other than having a number, I don't think they would accomplish much. However this isn't a call to arms because I don't want that to happen I'm just saying it's not worth their time haha. After the review is the Box Office Report and then the news. So enjoy the show!

Some might be wondering why I didn't just go with Warm Bodies, well long story short Windows 8 and Adobe Audition don't get along. So I am using a new version in the mean time. I wonder if those not in the know have questioned the title as to what it has to do with Bin Laden's death. It has made sense to me but maybe thats because I work out in front of the likes of CNN. Well anyways I start reviews off with Gangster Squad and then I follow through with the aforementioned Zero Dark Thirty. Afterwards I decided to do the Box Office Report like every other time. And so after that I did the Trailer Spot with A Good Day to Die Hard, it doesn't spell out the story but I have a hunch the story is probably going to be thin. Usually I can say something that coincides with the movie or movies that I'm discussing but alas I have nothing to really add so I'll be more blunt this week as I review Jack Reacher, it's actually a pretty decent mystery story. Afterwards I talk about the Box Office Report. Then for the Trailer Spot I decided to watch After Earth, it's the movie that stars Jaden Smith and Will Smith. Of course there is the news and lastly I talk about the archetypes that surround social websites. But before I really decide to finish things off I reply (kinda) to an email that we received. I've already reviewed Les Miserables so I will refer you to Episode 108 which I think might be the episode about Hall Pass, not entirely sure. Well anyways happy new year to all and hopefully if anyone is drunk they are doing it safely. Me on the other hand I decided to record and start off 2013 with an episode. So I review Django Unchained, followed by Les Miserables. I switched things up accidentally so after that is the Box Office Report. And for the Trailer Spot this week it is Oblivion, this might be one of those films that gets me more excited as it gets closer. And of course there is the news.
